How long does dryer vent cleaning take?
Most standard residential cleanings take about 60–90 minutes. Vent length, bends, lint buildup, and access can affect the time.
How often should a dryer vent be cleaned?
At least once a year is a common recommendation. Homes that run frequent loads or notice slower drying may need service sooner.
What if my vent exits through the roof or a high wall?
