The offer

We will confirm the first 10 complete, eligible South Orange County household requests in submission order. Each confirmed household may purchase one standard dryer vent cleaning for $125. The regular launch price is $189.

How priority is determined

Complete requests are reviewed in the order received. A website submission timestamps your place in line. Your Founding 10 position and promotional rate become reserved only after South OC DryerFlow confirms your eligibility and position in writing. Confirmed Founding 10 households will be offered the first customer appointment slots before appointments are opened to the general public.

Offer eligibility

• One household and one dryer exhaust per promotional reservation.
• The property must be within the confirmed South OC service area.
• The exhaust must terminate at a safely accessible ground-level wall.
• The offer covers cleaning an existing standard residential dryer exhaust only.
• Roof or high-wall access, gas-line work, repairs, replacement, installation, or duct alteration are not included.

Payment and cancellation

No deposit or payment information is collected to request or confirm a founding reservation. Payment is due only after completed service. A customer may cancel any time before service without charge.

Launch conditions and expiration

Appointments will be scheduled only when service operations are ready. If the service has not opened by October 31, 2026, all founding reservations expire automatically without charge.

Additional limitations

The offer is limited to one per household and service address, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with another promotion. Final scheduling depends on mutual availability and safe access to the dryer and exhaust termination.
